Justin Haber

Above all else, we seek connection — with parts of ourselves that we have repressed, with other people, and with the larger universe. We cannot experience life in its fullness unless we have an intimate relationship with another human being and, beyond that, a feeling of connection with the world around us.

About Justin Haber, LPC, LCHMC, LCAS-A

ustin is an earnest, empathetic, and deeply curious counselor. He first earned a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering but later shifted his focus to mental health, motivated by his own struggles, a desire for deep connection, and a passion for reducing suffering. He went on to earn an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and now combines evidence-based techniques with a humanistic approach to support his clients in their healing journey.

Justin’s therapy approach is based on the idea that the mind and body are deeply connected. Using insights from interpersonal neurobiology and polyvagal theory, he helps clients heal by addressing both emotional and physical aspects of well-being. This holistic approach fosters self-awareness, emotional balance, and stronger relationships.

He specializes in somatic therapies such as Brainspotting Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. These methods help clients process trauma and emotional wounds in a way that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, using the body’s natural ability to heal.

Above all, Justin believes in fostering a collaborative and equal relationship with his clients. Rather than acting as an authority figure, he walks alongside them as a fellow traveler on their path to healing. With warmth, curiosity, and deep care, he creates a space where transformation feels possible and growth becomes an exciting journey. Working with Justin offers the opportunity to cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and a deeper connection to one's true self.
