Kelly Edwards
Above all else, we seek connection — with parts of ourselves that we have repressed, with other people, and with the larger universe. We cannot experience life in its fullness unless we have an intimate relationship with another human being and, beyond that, a feeling of connection with the world around us.

About Kelly Edwards, LPC, LMFT
Kelly Edwards is a bicultural therapist offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a focus on supporting couples, families, and individuals on their journey toward relational health.
In his mid-forties, Kelly brings the insight of a second-career therapist to his practice, creating a warm and curious energy in each session. He draws on extensive training in Attachment Theory, the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to guide clients in healing developmental trauma and enhancing their relational well-being.
Kelly works deeply with clients who are seeking to resolve dilemmas, explore relational health, and address anxiety. For couples, he uses Relational Life Therapy as his primary approach, helping partners rediscover connection and intimacy. The journey toward relational health—both with oneself and others—often involves trauma recovery, fostering a mindful connection between mind and body, and gaining a deeper understanding of how family-of-origin dynamics shape our relationships today.
