About Rebecca Pancoast, LPC
Rebecca Pancoast views therapy as a rare and transformative space where we’re invited to explore the wondrous and messy edges of what it means to be human. She feels deeply supported by the IPNB family of clinicians in her ongoing journey to hold therapeutic space with both skill and compassion. Rebecca describes herself as an enthusiast of ideas and a seeker held by the mysteries of life. With a curious mind that delights in understanding the world and a gentle heart that finds beauty in uncertainty, she brings a warm and insightful presence to her work.
As a therapist, Rebecca offers experiential, body-centered guidance to help clients witness, heal, and integrate the beliefs and experiences that have shaped their lives. She combines the neuroscience of the embodied brain with deep healing practices, supporting each client’s journey toward self-discovery and belonging.
Outside of her therapeutic work, Rebecca enjoys connecting with animals and nature. The home she shares with her partner is filled with color, art, plants, and rescue animals. As a neurodivergent individual, Rebecca brings a lived understanding of the challenges faced by those who experience the world through a different lens. While each neurodivergent person has a unique constellation of traits, Rebecca finds that blending psychoeducation, validation, and exploration of her clients’ unique neurotypes helps foster self-compassion and emotional regulation.
Rebecca specializes in working with women, men, and nonbinary adults, including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other forms of neurodiversity. She is experienced in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and is thoughtful about how her clients’ multiple identities impact their lives and experiences in therapy. With specialized training in experiential therapies for individuals with complex trauma, Rebecca is well-equipped to guide clients in moving toward healing and wholeness.
